John Howman is a founding Managing Partner in a new firm called Léargas which is Irish for “insight”.  The goal is to provide “exceptional insight” to mid-market companies that the firm can dramatically grow or improve through a mutually benefitting relationship.  The co-founders are experienced CEOs who have started, run, sold and managed companies and are extremely well connected.
